This page explains how to request deletion of your data from Lets Crooz. It mirrors Section 11 of our Privacy Policy.

Delete records yourself

You can delete records inside your workspace at any time while your account is active.

Ask us to delete your account

Email us at hello@letscrooz.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion request", and include your workspace web address (for example yourname.letscrooz.com).

What we delete

When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your account data and the customer, messaging, and records data associated with your workspace — including WhatsApp phone numbers and message content processed on your behalf — except where we are required to keep limited data to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.

Timeframe

We verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Customers of a business

If you are a customer of a business that uses Lets Crooz and you want your data removed from that business's workspace, please contact the business directly, since the business controls that record. We will support the business in responding.
